Return Police

At Lockcore, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at (support@lockcore.com) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund after that period, please check with your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at (support@lockcore.com).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or full refund.
